IMPORTANT!PERSONAL REJECTION:I have the right to refuse and cancel any commission due to the treatment I receive from the client and/or the nature of the requested artwork.COMMISSION STATUS:I do give myself a set time to complete commissions but dependent on my mental health when it gets completed so clients may need to be patient with me if it’s not done within the time set. Clients will be contacted if any progress is made. If the client requires a commission to be completed for a certain date, they must inform me before payment is accepted as this will endure a small fee and will make their commission a priority.AGE REQUIREMENT:The client must be 18+ and purchase a commission from me. If a client is under the age of 18, I will request and require permission from a respectable guardian to purchase the commission. If a commission is purchased from a minor without parental permission, the commission will NOT be refunded.COPYRIGHT AND PERMISSION:I retain the copyright to all images and art created by me which cannot be used by anyone other than the client unless special permission is granted. I retain the rights to post the commissions on any social media platform, for any fabrication and advertisement purposes. The client receives the right to use the commission as they please as long as it’s not for commercial use unless agreed on beforehand. Commissioners do NOT have the right to use my artwork for NFTs or any AI elements.ARTWORK EDITS:Once the sketch is complete, the client will be shown and will have the freedom for any changes or alterations to be made, this is the only opportunity the client will receive to have the base of their commission edited. Once the lineart has been started, no alterations can be made. The only other acceptable edits that can be made are to the markings and colouring of the character.ARTWORK CREDIT:If the artwork is uploaded on any social media platform, the watermark and signature must be on show in the post and must NOT be removed or cropped out and full credit must be given. If credit is not given, the artwork will be deemed as stolen and the client will be blacklisted from further commissions.ADOPTABLES:Once an adoptable has been purchased, permissions will be granted to the client to be able to edit and add to the current design. If the client is to ever re-sell an adoptable, they must not re-sell it for more than the purchase price (unless extra art/items have been purchased of the character). If a client is caught re-selling for higher than the purchase price, they will be blacklisted from purchasing any further adaptable and in dire situations, a beware will be made. Adoptables cannot be refunded once purchased.PAYMENT INFO!Cashapp:Payment can only be through on cash app and payment must be received in FULL before the commission will be started Unless the client has discussed and set up a payment plan.PAYMENT PLANS:I offer payment plans for 3 months to 6 month maximum from the agreed date. The sketch will be completed after the first payment but work will be on hold until the payment is made in full. If the payment is not completed within the 3 months/given date, the customer will be refunded only 60% of their already-paid payment and their commission slot will be removed.REFUNDS:Upon request, a refund will only be given if I haven’t started the commission, am unable to complete the commission due to personal reasons and/or I cancel a commission within reason.
